Art Theft. Reloaded

The girl is doing it again. She opened a new account by the name of XXAZERIA on deviantart. Luckily she did not rip my pieces again. But I know I have seen some of 'her' pieces on other websites or deviantART-accounts. So she is doing it again, clearly. Sadly it is forbidden to oppenly accuse fellow deviants on dA. But I can't report art-theft if I have no proof. That means I need to find out the original creator. Here is a screenshot of her gallery:

New PSD Stock and Art Theft

As most of you know, I started drawing with a graphic tablet in december and published my drawings as PSD Stock here on Fractured Sanity and on deviantART. I played around a bit with one of the wingsets and thus produced a new set of PSD-Wings. To get them, click on the preview image:
I am not sure if I should feel flattered or angered that some people find my photo manipulations good enough to rip them. It came to my attention that somebody on deviantART had taken two of my pieces 'Vampiress' and 'Summer Sphere' and tried to SELL them as print. Thanks again for letting me know, Sharoi-san! Of course I was really pissed off at first. I went through the girls gallery and found other ripped artworks and a poem from Skyefairy. She, of course, denied everything. So I reported her to the dA-officials. They checked the mentioned cased, deleted those deviations and closed down her account.
In afterthought I am able to find some sort of amusement in this whole affair. This girl still claimes she has all the psd-files and could proof that she made the pieces, if she wanted to... of course! Then why didn't she? I am just annoyed that she claimed them to be her pieces, telling everybody how many hours of work she put into creating them. A plain lie! She even had the audacity to ask people in her Rules to not claim her artworks for themselves!!!! Gaaahhhh...
