About

Have you ever wondered about any my creations, how I made them or which resources I used? Feel free to ask me and I will try to explain if can and have enough time to spare. The Tutorials are either normal images or animated versions, the latter consisting of large animated GIF-files. Please note that those take some time to load.

Please do not copy any of my tutorials! The methods I describe in these tutorials have been invented by me when trying to figure out - through trial an error - how to achieve certain effects on my digital manipulations. These are no copies but original tutorials.

Pet Cemetery - Walkthrough

WalkthroughThis image is a so called walkthrough. A walkthrough shows the creation of an artpiece as/in a continuous process.

It has not instructions as to how to create a certain effect or other. It shows the developement of the piece and that may help some of you more, as any tutorial would.

I also recommend my 'Five steps to a good manipulation'-Tutorial. (Click image)

How to draw wings (with a graphic tablet)

Tutorial This is quite a large tutorial, in every sense of the word. The actual image-size of this tutorial is 2480x8820px.

So I had to zip this file to upload it. The tutorial shows you in 12 steps how to draw wings in Photoshop (it should also apply to Paintshop or Painter). It would good if you had a graphic tablet, but you may try it with a mouse.

Drawing this wing took me about 4 hours, writing this tutorial took almost equally is long + 1 hour of hunting dawn spelling mistakes and other errors. If you still find any, feel free to point them out to me... or adopt them!

I am a beginner at painting myself, so feel encouraged to try it. Skill level: Medium to Advanced (Concerning Photoshop itself.)
