1.) You are allowed to use and alter my patterns to create arts, fanarts and layouts and such works. That excludes making your own resources with them.
2.) You are not allowed to publish and distribute my patterns elsewhere without my expressive permission.
3.) I would appreciate if you credited me with a link on the forums and sites where you publish works that contain my patterns.
4.) My patterns are to be used only for non-profit-work. If you want to use them for profit-work, contact me please, so that we can make a deal.
5.) If you want to use my patterns as background-image for your website, download and save them to your own webspace. You are NOT allowed to link them from Fractured Sanity.
How do I use patterns?
To use them, save the images to your PC (right-click > save as). Next open the pattern-image with your Adobe Photoshop. Select the whole pattern image with the Rectancular Marquee-tool and go to Edit.
Choose Set Pattern, now you should be able to use the pattern with the Paint Bucket-Tool. For that, choose the Paint Bucket-Tool and select 'Pattern' (not 'foreground') at the top of the page.
Now you can use patterns for any purpose you like, as background and foreground for images, wallpapers, etc. by applying them to layers. Or you can use them for weblayouts or any other purpose you can think of. virtually, there are no limitations...
